WEEK 33

Our baby has HAIR!

That's right- HAIR!
Like I mentioned in the last blog
I LOVE TECHNOLOGY!

We had our Ultrasound Thursday morning,
everything looks GREAT!

We had an AMAZING Ultrasound Technician!
(Robin Brimhall- for those of you know this wonderful woman!)
She showed us SO much!
She even showed us how
LONG our baby is- Head to toe.
She is a LONG ONE!

Her head is measuring 2 weeks ahead,
but have you seen OUR heads?
This was expected.

How do we know she has hair?
Well, we saw it!
On the ultrasound that is!
Such a COOL sight!

She was weighing 4 pounds 13 ounces.
Give or take 11 ounces.
I'm giving her 11 ounces. :)
I guess we will see if I am right in a few weeks.

She will gain about a 1/2 a pound a week from here on!
So much growing going on!

She is STILL a she!
I wasn't worried about it,
but we did look,
and nothing has randomly grown!

She also doesn't like the fetal position.
She is SPRAWLED!
And head down!

She LOVES to move!
We couldn't get that great of pictures
cause she wouldn't stop kicking and moving!

Have I mentioned that I LOVE being kicked?
Kicked by our baby that is!
Weird? Maybe, but I LOVE it!
I love feeling her every move!
I love watching my whole stomach
react when she kicks!
Its SO fun!

Her heart beat is still perfect!
In fact, our baby is completely PERFECT!
And I am SO in LOVE with her!

I am also measuring right on!
33 weeks!
Our OBGYN is VERY pleased.
He has no worries,
and is very happy with how smoothly everything is going!

I am so grateful this has been such a wonderful/amazing experience!
I can't believe we are at 6 weeks left!
(Close to)
I'm glad we don't have TOO much to get done!

I guess I should get my hospital bag packed!!
That's just crazy!

Anyway, I WAS going to do fun facts,
but I think this has been long enough.
I guess these are FUN facts about our baby.
Maybe next time I will do more on me,
(BORING)
but we are so happy everything is so perfect!

WEEK 32

Hey folks.

Sorry this is a little late.

I don't really have any excuses.
We've just been keeping busy.

Lots of lists to get checked off before our baby arrives!
Hopefully soon I can finally have all her clothes put away.
Hopefully... :)

Thursday morning we have our next appointment!!
AS WELL as an ULTRASOUND!!
We are SO excited to see how big our little girl is!!
Really just to SEE her is SO incredible!
I LOVE technology!!

On a different note,
I think its time to do "FUN FACTS" again.
So this up coming week,
that's what I am going to do.

If you want to ask a question,
I will gladly answer.

If I don't get any questions,
I'm sure I can come up with some new facts!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY & WEEK 31

Lets start off with Mothers day, shall we?
Since today is that special day!

It is my first "official" mothers day!
Which is crazy to think about!

I remember last Fathers day talking to Russ
about how next Father's day we would be pregnant!
And I could REALLY wish him a wonderful Father's day!

Well today is my Mothers day!
I am loving it,
and our little girl is sure kickin away to show she loves me.
Well, At least that's what I say. :)

But I really want to wish all the Mothers in my life a
VERY HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO YOU AS WELL!

I have the MOST amazingly, wonderfully, fantastic Mother EVER!
I have an incredible, caring, hilarious Mother-in-law!
I have 4 Grand- Mothers who I treasure deeply!
(In-laws included there) :)
My amazingly beautiful sisters!!
And of course,
ALL the other Women in my life that mean the world to me!

Thank you all so much for your amazing examples!
For your kindness,
and most of all for your love!

I hope you know how much Russ and I love you ALL!!

I sure do LOVE these ladies!!

I realized with this blog that I REALLY
need to get our camera out more often.
The only recent pictures we have are of ME!!
LAME!!!

And now on to
WEEK 31

I can't believe we are into the
SINGLE DIGITS!!
9 (or less) weeks left!

I am still feeling great!
Getting a little tired,
that is to be expected!

I sure do LOVE feeling our little baby move all the time!
The kicking never gets old!

Russ got to feel her REALLY close to the surface the other night.
It was SO COOL!
My abs basically split in half and there she was.
Pushing out right under the skin!
It was an amazing experience.

I do have a lot of hip/lower back pain.
I guess that's what happens when you have
something growing inside of you, that
gradually keeps getting bigger and BIGGER.
That's just an educated guess, however.

Well enough chatting.
I'll get on to the pictures.

You'll have to forgive the note on the door.
I didn't even realize it was there
until we loaded the pictures on to the computer!

It is a bit distracting,
but I have no way to edit it out.
So enjoy!

WEEK 30

ONLY 10 weeks to go!!
That's crazy!

I have a few more days with Russ,
so again, this will be short.

Things are still going GREAT!
I feel wonderful!!
I am still loving being pregnant!
Surprised?
I thought not!

I really need to start measuring my tummy!
I seriously think I grew 3 inches this week!!

WEEK 29

I know its a little late.

Russ had a few days off and I wanted to spend every minute I could with him.
So I did!

Now I can post!

My Dr. appointment went great!
Everything is still right on track!
I sure love hearing our little heart beat!
We have another ultrasound set up for next month,
and I am SO glad Russ will be able to be there!

Russ' job is going GREAT!
He's already moved up!
He is really loving the work,
how could he not? :)
All he thinks/talks about is trucks.
I am so proud of him!
He's doing amazing!

On a little different note,
I have come to realize that every moment needs to be a special one.

Ok, I didn't JUST realize this,
I have been focusing on this my whole pregnancy.
But I am finally putting it into words.

-More Specifically-
I was talking with my mother-in-law and her sister,
and we were talking about how so many women
get to the point that they no longer can stand being pregnant.
Saying things like,
"I can't wait until I'm done!"
or
"I'm done with this, I can't take it any longer"
And so on.

I personally have looked at every moment in my pregnancy as one of importance.
Every kick, every little nudge, every time I feel her, it brings me so much joy!
I love sitting in the quiet of the night and just watching my stomach move.
What an AMAZING time.
I can't get enough!
And it sure doesn't get old!
I love the bond I already feel with our little baby.

Granted, I have been VERY lucky not to be sick.
I've had a very nice pregnancy, With no complications.

I am going to continue to cherish these last 10 weeks.
Its going to be a few years until I have these special feelings again.
Feelings only a pregnant mother can have!
Our little girl will never be this little again!
She's only going to grow from here!

Of course I can't wait until she arrives.
But I hope to never get to the point that I
no longer can tolerate being pregnant.

This has also been something I have focused on with Russ.
How blessed I am to have the amazing husband I do!
We only have 10 more weeks until our little twosome becomes a threesome.
Even at lunch today, I just stopped everything,
Looked across the table, and just thought to myself.
Stared into those beautiful eyes and counted my blessings.
I was so full of love in that moment.
I have the most amazing, handsome, loving, sweet, happy husband.
(I could go on for days)
I really am so spoiled.

It was just a moment at lunch, but a moment I wont get back.
And I was sure to embrace it!

How many moments a day do we just let pass,
and not get anything out of them?

Lets try to care a little more.
Be more positive.
Embrace everything that comes our way.
(Even hard things can give us the greatest blessings)
And most of all,
ALWAYS show those that we LOVE how much we LOVE them!!
Live with no regrets.

I hope I'll never miss the chance to say I love someone!
Or show someone how much they mean to me!

Alright... Now we can move on to pictures.
I really just needed to get that off my mind.
And I sure hope it made some sense!

WEEK 29
She was REALLY forward the day we took this picture.
Although, she is really forward most of the time.

She is getting bigger though!
(and in turn so am I) :)
I can't wait until the ultrasound so we get to see how big she is!

And there you have it!
Tomorrow we hit 30 weeks!

Crazy that we only have 70 days,
or 10 weeks....
IF not less!

WEEK 28

And I'm back.
Feeling 98% better today.
Just a little tired and a little sore.

I have to say that I am SO grateful that I have
a husband who is a worthy priesthood holder.
I received the most AMAZING blessing last night
from my dear Russ, and felt almost instantly better.
I am so blessed!
I love you so much babe!!

Not much is going on in my life.
Beyond being sick yesterday.
I cannot believe that we are in our 3rd trimester!

Russ is really enjoying his job!
He's doing great at it, and loves it,
minus the 100 mile drive a day.
But I can't blame him!
That's gotta be rough!

We'll just wait until things get more sorted out,
and we'll move closer to work.

Our little baby still moves a ton!
She loves kicking me in the ribs
(luckily it doesn't hurt YET)
She kicks all the time.
She gets REALLY active when I am on the phone with Russ.
She must feel the love. :)
