WELCOME!!!

Hey there!!
I finally have a few minutes to blog!!

I want to get all these pics posted (all 23 of them), and hit the sack early.
I've been going to bed WAY too late, lately.

Sorry about the quality on some of these.
Addi has hidden our camera somewhere.
Most of/if not all of these were taken with my phone.

So with "limited commentary",
WELCOME TO OUR HOME!!!

Addi got this AMAZING box from G for Valentines Day.

Addi has never played "dress up" before.
And she LOVED it!!

She was taking it very seriously!!

Me on the other hand,

couldn't get enough of how cute she is!!

Yes, she was blowing kisses as she walked away. :)

ADDI AND HER SHENANIGANS

Lots of changes going on in this house right now!!

Addi is OFFICIALLY in a "big girl bed"!!
She is on our queen size bed,
I'm nervous... REALLY nervous!!
Russ built awesome barriers so she SHOULDN'T roll off...
But we will see what tonight brings.
I may not sleep. :)
(Another reason I LOVE my Video Monitor!!!)

She is doing REALLY well with potty training,
although she has been using it as an excuse to get out of everything.
(Bed, her bath, dinner, etc.)
She tells me she has to go to the bathroom,
and then magically changes her mind when I get her in the bathroom.
Its SUPER fun...
Oh and she is too big to fit on those "little potties"
So its the big toilet,
and I get to sit with her,
kneeling on the floor the whole time.

I am really enjoying the changes though!!
Although its making her grow up all to quickly
OR maybe time is doing that,
but its crazy either way!!

And now to the title of this post.
Addi is a HOOT!!
For those of you that know her,
you know what I am talking about.
Clever little monkey who is always coming up with something.
Or getting into something.

Well, when bath time is coming to an end,
she always puts her toys in "their spots".
Her 3 ducks go to the back of the tub ledge.
The "pig ball" goes to the other side.
Pooh & Tigger go in the soap holder.
Her "baby" doll goes up front, as well as Eeyore.
Yes, lots of toys, but she LOVES all of them.
She puts them in these spots every night.
The other night this is how her baby ended up.

She even added a screaming sound effect as she put her in this position.
Baby stayed like this until the next bath time.

She also found a friend for Eeyore.

Bless her heart, she knew he was lonely!!

Yesterday we were playing in the toy room.
Addi found the nail polish we had painted her nails with a few weeks back.
I kid you not, I looked away for 30 seconds and turned back to this!!

At least she remembered to do it on the "piano chair".

Her hands and the chair were LUCKILY the only things harmed.

Easy cleaning.
And I couldn't really correct her.
She was trying to paint her nails!!
And really did pretty good!!

I am laughing 95% of my day.

You can't help but smile looking at her!!

Russ is home right now,
We are in HEAVEN!!
I'm only blogging cause he's playing games with Rich....
And now they are done.

UPDATES... GET YOUR UPDATES!!!

We are BACK in action!!

I have gotten online to blog SO many times.
Then don't feel like posting, so I exit out and continue on with my day.

SO much is being missed!!
Its only fair that I get on and update!!

Only problem??
Where to begin!!

My last "REAL" blog was the middle of December.
I got you pretty caught up then,
So lets start with Christmas!!

(Addi wasn't happy I woke HER up Christmas morning) :)

Russ was in North Dakota during Christmas,
so for me it was WAY different.
For Addi, we did the same things we always do.
Family parties, LOTS of food, and even MORE gifts!!
We had a BLAST!!

Russ got home Christmas night
(Technically the 26th- he got in around 1 AM)
I met him up at iHop and held him SO tight!!
2 weeks is a long time... for those of you who have never done it.
We ate "dinner" then- mostly for him.
I wasn't OVERLY hungry at that time.
We enjoyed each others company.
Although I felt like I was on a first date...
It was way funny.

We went bowling with my family that day.
Addi took 3rd- Kyle and Russ were the only 2 that beat her. :)
I was doing SO horrible I made my mom take over for me.
I ended better then I began- Thanks momma!!

Spending time with family is FABULOUS!!
Speaking of...
Have any of you played the new Mario Bros on Wii??
(the one in the red case)
OH MY GOSH!!! SO FREAKING FUN!!
Josh, Katy & I (Kyle & Jen enjoyed watching as well) played until 2 AM.
We were laughing SO hard!!
(My abs felt great the next day)
It is a GREAT family adventure.
Russ was of course sleeping
You can't really blame him
He drove 15 hours the day before.

Then came MOVING DAY!!!
What a crazy rush!!
We were pretty much unpacked and in the house by 2 PM.
Started at 8 finished at 2.
That's what I call a move!
We did have the "best movers ever"- Snyder boys- moving us
(Can't leave out my Dad and Kyle)
With these guys helping, it was a BREEZE!!!
Christie and Teea even put my whole kitchen away!!

Wow... Thanks you guys!!!
I really hadn't thought about HOW MUCH I got away with!!

We are SO BLESSED with AMAZING FAMILIES!!!

Not much has really happened since then.

New Years was great.
We watched a movie, kissed at 12:05- after I asked for it...
(We aren't really the "New Years partying" type)
And went to bed.

Russ flew out to North Dakota on the 2nd.
You can only imagine how I felt about that...
We don't need details!!
POSITIVITY is ALL I can manage!! :)

Addison and I have been enjoying the traveling between
Traverse Mountain to Provo a couple times a week.
We love seeing family, and having fun,
though we do miss Russ A LOT!

Addi and I are pretty much in a routine.
Play in her playroom a bunch.
Read TONS of books!!
This girl LOOOOOVES to read
(Thank HEAVENS cause I hated to-still not all that into it)

(I LOVE this position!! We are in it A LOT during our days)

She loves dancing, and is pretty darn good at it.

We play hide-n-seek, although she cheats every time we play. :)
We eat food, take naps, and just enjoy each other!!

I LOVE this little ball of fire!!
She is SO spunky, fearless, and overall crazy!!
And we love it!!

She is getting SO tall.
I haven't taken her in for her 18 month check up yet,
but when I do I'll let you know how tall she is.
I do know she is about 29 to 30 pounds.
(She was 27 lbs in December- after 3 days of throwing up)
She is a size 3 pant, and 2 shirt.
I can't keep up with her!!
Get new clothes and WHAM on to the next size!!
She wears a size 6.5 (almost a 7) shoe, and has huge feet and hands!!
We love EVERY INCH AND SECOND of her!!

(Shes SOOOOO fun!!)

And can I tell you,
This cookie is a SMARTYPANTS!!
Very organized and remembers HOW and where everything goes.
She is a GREAT cleaner, and likes to do EVERYTHING her self.
She is a momma's girl though, and wants me EVERYWHERE she is.

We have been working on potty training and she is doing GREAT!!
I don't know how we got this lucky!!

I wish I could post a video of the way she says PLEASE!!
"PEEEEEZ" with her cute smile.... UGH... To die for!!

(She melts my heart!)

I make her say it over and over so I can enjoy it each time!

Let me think...

She LOVES babies, monkeys (obviously),
"Ma Duke" (my Duke), Pooh, Tigger (Tig) and Eeyore.
She HAS to sleep with her Pooh Bear.
And she LOVES "Ma mada"- My Mom & Dad.
We are ALWAYS connected, and she likes it that way.
If she sees a pic with just me, or Russ
she always wants me so show her one with BOTH of us in it.
Its really sweet!!

Addi HATES fruits and veggies...
Put them in front of her WHOLE... NO WAY JOSE!!
So I have to blend everything up, call it a shake and she LOVES it!!

Cheese, cheese, cheese, Rice & Eggs
That's all she likes.... Still
Grilled Cheese
Mac N' Cheese (in the box only)
Cheese Quesadilla
Cheese Pizza
Cheez-its
Cheetos
Rice w/stuff on it
And plain ol' Scrambled eggs

She REALLY hates trying new food items.
If you give her something she doesn't want to eat FIRST...
She wont eat anything else.
Even if the things just listed are there, her meal is RUINED!!
So if you are ever watching her,
give her what she wants first.
Then towards the end of the meal,
feel free to try something new.
She most likely wont even look at it... so best of luck. :)


She still calls EVERY liquid "juice".
Which is kind of nice, cause when she asks for "JUICE"
I give her whatever I want to. :)

We both LOVE her dad, and miss him DEARLY!!

We talk and think about him every minute of the day.

I think we are all getting used to the job, and him being away.
SPEAKING of the job...
Russ was PROMOTED!!
He is now a LEAD TECH!!
2 shifts in and they wanted him further up the food chain!!
We are SO proud of him!!

And to end this FOREVER long post
- as its turned out to be, sorry not planned-
I wanted to say how AMAZING my husband is.
To sacrifice time with his family, 2 whole weeks, and be out alone...
What a STUD!!
We are so blessed!!
But MAN do we love it SO MUCH when he is home!!

I am trying EVERYDAY to enjoy every moment!!
Time is going by SO much faster now,
you have to learn what things are worth your time
and what things aren't!!
And at this point in my life
- and forever on-
my FAMILY is where its at!!

I am SOO in LOVE!!
I am so happy with our home!!
(That will be another post- this one got too long)
And I am overly lucky to have such a
WONDERFUL husband and BEAUTIFUL daughter!!

crazy times!!

We are a little crazy right now!!

We moved in 2 weeks ago!!

(where does the time go??)

And we've all been sick ever since!!

We also dont have internet

Hence the lack of posting and pictures.

HOPEFULLY we'll have it soon!

COMES IN THREES?

Is the saying GOOD things come in three?

Because we are at TWO GOOD things...

GREAT thing #1.
I didn't post this before cause I didn't want a lot of people knowing it.
Russ got an AMAZING new job.
He is officially out of training and working hard!!
And LOVING IT!!!


The only downfall,
and something I will get used to,
(The reason I didn't post until I went private)
he is gone for 15 days at at time.
(technically it will be 17 or 18 this time around- he had to drive)

We are on day 4...
BUT I did great with the last 15 days.
Only 2 break downs, and it was during the wedding :).

(BEST picture of the day if you ask me... LOL)

Who wouldn't miss their "missing" husband during a WEDDING?
And when people are saying to you left and right-
OH MY, HOW SAD!!
How hard!! Do you miss him like crazy?
I bet you are going nuts without him!!

Its like asking a 9 month pregnant lady if she is ready to have her baby!!
Really?
Do you even have to ask?

GREAT thing #2.
We signed the contract on a HOUSE!!
We are only renting it, due to item #1.
But we are SOOOOO excited!!

We will be moving as soon as Russ gets home!!

OF COURSE we are sad to leave my family,
but its time to be grownups again.

I can't wait to show pictures when we get in!!

Ohhh.... And to have ALL of our stuff with us!!
NO MORE STORAGE UNIT!!
And I am hoping FOREVER this time!!

So if the saying is about GOOD things,
