I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!

ULTIMATE COMBAT, WALL-E, AND CAMPING *FINALLY

So this weekend was very fun!

(You'll notice Fun is the only word I have to describe things today)
Friday night, Russ took me up to SLC, we went to dinner at Ruby River

(AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! I got the Fillet Mignon... OH MY GOSH... AMAZING)

Then we went to watch one of Russ's co-workers fight in the Ultimate Combat Experience.

It was SO much fun! Weston (Russ's co-worker) lost, but it was still a good time.

Russ is convinced that he is going to fight.... at least just once to say he's done it.

We'll see though.

We also went and saw Wall-e! We've wanted to see it for a while, and WE LOVED IT!

It was very cute, we were laughing pretty hard at most parts.

I even got the "are you crying" comment at a part... and No I wasn't.
We couldn't justify waiting for 3 hours in line for The Dark Knight. So we went to the movie with like 10 people. It was much more fun, I promise!

And that was our weekend.

I also want to get these camping photos on here finally! So here goes.

I'll just give a brief overview, and post.

We went up Diamond Fork Canyon, and it was SO much fun.

The pictures are of Russ, Me, Chayse, Anne and our new friends Braden and RyAnne.

We had a good ol' time 4-wheeling, Roasting Shamallows (well they did, I don't eat those), and just relaxing. The boys had a lot of fun, chopping down trees, shooting random things, and just being men, while us girls just talked. LOL doing what girls do best.

We hadn't gotten ready in days, no make up, and I am laughing SO hard. But look around me... who wouldn't be laughing this hard?

We had such an awesome time. The camp site was perfect, and we cannot wait to get back!

THE DARK KNIGHT

I know I never go in the correct order, but right now I HAVE to get this off my chest.
Today is the the day, the day of THE DARK KNIGHT!

You have no idea how excited I am to see this!

However, Russ and I are not the "midnight show" type people, nor are we the "same day released" folks. We hate bad seats, we hate loud people, and most of all we hate waiting to get in. So unfortunately, I will not be seeing it for about a week or longer... IF I CAN LAST THE LONG.

But seriously folks, if you HAVE seen it, please STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!

You're ruining it for me!

I have about 15 people outside of my office at any given time talking about it! I literally had to plug my ears and shut my door! ... STOP TALKING ABOUT IT!

I have been counting down the months! I've waited since last summer, just the same as you have. And yes Heather Ledger was always my all time favorite actor! But PLEASE, STOP!

I want to see it, and enjoy it just like you did! Without knowing EVERYTHING that happens, or how dark it is, or WHATEVER! I see previews, I read articles, and I can hardly contain myself with how much I ALREADY LOVE IT! I am a comic movie FREAK!

I LOVED Batman Begins!

I've been listening to The Dark Knight soundtrack for DAYS... NON STOP.

Do you understand how much I already love it?

Please give me peace, and enjoy it somewhere else!

OK so with all the said, when I do see it, I will come back on here and tell you how much I loved it, even more then I could imagine, but that's ALL you are going to get.

On another note, I will post those pictures soon, I promise.

Jen still has not had her baby, but I will let you know that as soon as she does.

SO ANXIOUS!

I am way busy at work today, and I had a GREAT weekend, (pictures will be posted post later this week) We went CAMPING, and it was SO much fun!!

But the thing that I am SO anxious about is that my sister, Jen, is about to have another BABY!!
I am SO excited to be an aunt again! I love Bridger to DEATH and cannot wait to see little baby Allen #2! I cannot wait to hold him, kiss him, and just LOVE HIM!! She is due any time now, and has a Dr. Apt today to see how things are going. So it could be tomorrow, or even next week!! I will keep you posted, but I am SO EXCITED!! I just cannot compose myself!
I plan on going down there at the end of this month, beginning of next for a day to see him.
She is unaware of this (until now, if she reads this) but I HAVE to get down there!!

AND THEN HE KISSED ME....

I know a while back I thought I was done telling the "how it started" stuff, but then I realized I was wrong! I never told the "first kiss" story. This, again, is one of those- I remember everything- stories, so sit back, relax, and enjoy as I get myself in trouble with my parents.

(I hope I am kidding, but we were alone in his truck, which was "NOT ALLOWED")

It was April 5th, 2003, the day before my 17th birthday. Russ and I had been dating for 10 days at this point and had not kissed.

(Let me tell you, I never let it go 10 hours with any other boyfriends. I am sure I kissed them before we even started "dating". Sad but true, glad I don't have to worry about those anymore! Oh and at the time Amanda Davis (now Coombs) and I had a "no boys allowed club" going on. We were not allowed to kiss boys, date boys seriously, let boys in your car, or talk about boys, until prom- we even had a "club song" . We had this club for probably 4 months and we were going strong, until I fell for Russ.)

ANYWHO, I was dead set on not kissing Russ until prom, and he knew this. Prom was only 2 weeks away, I could make it... right? That is what I thought too. It was a Saturday night, Russ came and got me in his "Beast" and we drove to our regular spot up to Rock Canyon Park. We parked up high where you can look over the valley, and where if you are just right, you can see the top of the Temple, and we just started talking. (Nothing was going on I swear it, and so when I say this part, I need to defend it.) And well, the windows of course started to fog up. (It was colder outside and I had gone tanning earlier that day for the first time ever, and went all 20 minutes! WHO DOES THAT! I looked like a raccoon! That is why the windows were fogged, I was hot, and it was cold outside, nothing more) We were joking around as we always do, and he randomly asked me... "Can I kiss you!" It honestly melted my heart! I love that He ASKED too, he knew better then to just do it! So I sat there for a minute and then wrote "NO" on the window. So he carried on, changed the subject (I am sure we were talking about trucks) and a few minutes later asked me again, I wrote "NO" yet again. I think he started to beg at this point and after I had written "No" on the window for probably the 10th time, I finally wrote "Yes!" I must say, that was the best first kiss EVER!! I still get butterflies thinking about it. It was so perfect! I loved every minute of it. I am sure it lasted a few, and then it was over. But how perfect has every kiss been since then?!?.... Like I said, I am not one to tell these stories knowing that possibly my parents will read them, but I love this story and had to share. Its been 5 years... YES WE KISS!! LOL Sorry if its news to you! I know that night was also the first night we talked about the temple together. I will never forget the images from that amazing night, and I hope I never have to forget how great it feels to kiss the love of my life!

I love you Russ, and I hope I get to kiss you FOREVER!

'BOUT TIME! I KNOW!!

Sorry it has taken so long to post!! I finally got pictures sent yesterday!!

I just wanted to show the fun moments we had playin with my fam!

It was a week long adventure. So lets get started!

• Monday June 16th we were going to go boating and decided other wise, so I just bummed around and didn't have to work. It was awesome!

• Tuesday June 17th we went boating. Dad, Josh and I went out for a while. Josh Wake boarded, Dad skied and well I attempted to ski, but its been some time. I also got a new vest during the fun week I must show off... I LOVE IT!! (thanks Russ)

Mom came out a bit later, we swam and had a good time. The water was PERFECT!! Later that night Russ and I went and saw (by far one of the funniest movies this year)
KUNG FU PANDA!

We LOVED IT! Russ was laughing harder then the little girl behind us. I was laughing hard myself, but him laughing so hard made me laugh even harder!! It was SO fun!

We have been wanting to go back ever since!

• Wednesday June 18th we went CAMPING!

  

  I seriously have not been camping in YEARS! It was so fun! This was actually the first "Beasley Family Trip" Russ has been on in 5 years! It was a hoot! Russ slept in a tent about 15 feet away from everything- on a walking path! (Where all the animals in the American Fork Canyon walk...) LOL I guess that's what he gets for wanting to be the "true camper". He was in his tent and all. I slept in the back of his truck (everyone else in campers) I was so scared for him all night! His 4 wheeler also overheated and would not run... GOOD TIMES!

  
• Thursday June 19th- Since Russ's 4-Wheeler would not run, we weren't able to stay up and play with the family. We drove back down to Provo to get it looked at. Everyone else stayed and either hiked or went 4-wheeling on the other quads that actually worked! I was OK with that. We went to his house for most of the day and lounged around anyway. I made the most AMAZING brownies as well. We drove back up later that night, and had some more fun. Guitar playin-Brownies and ice cream- camp fire fun!
  
  
• Friday June 20th we came home around 1:00, the family went boating but we hung out at Russ's house. Beyond that, I honestly don't remember right now!

• Saturday June 21st, Josh went to the temple!!!
  

  I am so proud of him!! I am glad he was able to go so soon before his mission! It's really starting to dawn on me how soon he is going, and its starting to freak me out a bit! Congrats on making it this far little dude! You are going to be an AWESOME missionary! I'm gunna miss you TONS, but know you are doing what you are supposed to be doing!
  We went to P.F. Changs for dinner in "celebration", then we were off to the Rodeo!!

You have NO idea how excited I was when my mom told us she had gotten tickets to the rodeo!!
I LOVE the rodeo!! In high school we went all the time! I loved it, being there also brought back the old feelings of wanting to be IN it! When I was little I wanted to be a barrel rider SO bad! Watching them now, of course I still want to do it, but know I would never even come close to competing with these girls! They are incredible! It was a little hot, but we all had a good time! What a perfect way to end a GREAT week!

All in all, I must say how grateful I am to be SO blessed. I have the most amazingly indescribable family! Sure we have our "typical family moments" but we would not be who we are with out those! I love how much fun we have together and I hope the future brings many more!! To my family: I love you all so much!! You are the light of my life, and I hope you do realize how much you mean to me! Life gets busy and gets in the way, but I will always love you!! Thanks for the good times, and may there be MANY more to come! (To Jen, Kyle Bridger, and little bun in the oven- We sure missed you, and hope you get to be at our next "Beasley Family Adventure"!)
